After finishing your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for the details needed to be able to fulfill the order.

Credit Card Security
The secure system used by this website means that credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
You may also provide credit card details via telephone, fax, or by email.
We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Amex. If your credit card account is not in UK Pounds, your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds. You may be charged by your credit card company for this service.
We charge credit cards only when roses have been shipped. |
Guarantee
We replace bare-root and potted roses free of charge if they fail to grow because of defective plants or delays in transit. We also replace roses that turn out to be the wrong variety. Please notify all such problems within 7 days of receiving the roses, or in the case of mis-labelling, when the roses come into bloom. Payment will be refunded if replacement is not possible. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, statutory consumer rights. |
