A very useful climber, one that is a true deep red and won't grow too big. Unless you train this one towards the horizontal it will tend to flower on top and be a bit sparse at the lower levels of the plant. The flowers are a good size and there is plenty of foliage behind them to act as a foil. With moderate disease resistance grow in an open situation. Repeat flowers Summer and Autumn.
Grow on Fences, Arches or Pillars. Good for South, East or West aspects
