Named in 1995 for the Red Cross, this compact, sturdy floribunda produces long lasting blooms with a quartered form, in a rich, dark, velvety red (almost black in places). Foliage is dark green and dense, but can be a little suseptible to fungi. To overcome this, plant in a position where there is plenty of light, and good air circulation. Feed and water regularly through the growing season. Great for low dividing hedges, borders and pots.
