An old favourite, the enduring popularity must be the sweet scent. As a Rambler there is just one big splash of flower in early Summer. Spectacular in bloom, a pity they don't last another few weeks. There will be lots of growth, prune after flowering so that the growth it makes after flowering supports the following years flowers. It may get mildew. Grow on Walls, Fences, Arches, Pillars or Pergolas. Good for South, East and West facing aspects.
