‘Zephirine Drouhin’ is a timeless and popular old-fashioned climbing rose. Enjoy a profusion of large cupped, semi-dobule flowers from May to October.
Cerise-pink petals form exceptional flowers, each releasing a powerfully sweet and fruity aroma that fills the air, regardless of where this variety is planted.
This repeat flowering rose boasts spectacular blooms against green foliage, which is coppery-red when young, before maturing to a glossy, rich green with purple tinged stems.
As one of very few near-thornless climbing roses, the blooms of this plant are easily snipped for indoor vase displays, while they are safe to grow around young children.
Fabulous when grown up a wall of the home, where the delightful fragrance is able to drift in through an open window, although it is just as happy in the ground or a large pot. Ideal for covering trellises, arches and pergolas.
Supplied freshly in a 3L pot, ready to be planted out. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4L pot.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring. Please make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
