Few roses match 'Felicia' for fragrance. These superb Hybrid Musk roses release a strong, sweet, fruity scent with a musky depth that lingers on warm summer evenings.
The flowers are borne in generous clusters, opening from pointed pink buds into softly cupped salmon-pink blooms about 7cm across. As they mature, the petals fade to a paler blush, for a painterly effect. Each cluster almost glows against the rich, dark green foliage, and the fragrance is so strong it can perfume an entire border.
Flowering begins in June and continues right through to autumn, with multiple flushes of blooms throughout the season. The shrubs are vigorous yet elegant, growing to around 1.5m tall and forming a full, rounded shape that looks superb in borders or as specimen plants.
A holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, this variety is fully hardy and disease resistant. 'Felicia' rewards even basic care with abundant flowers and fragrance, season after season.
