A remarkable, deeply interesting, and beautiful rose that is certainly worthy of its name.
This rose’s namesake will remain etched on the world forever, thanks to the incredibly impressive catalogue of stories from famed British novelist Jane Austen.
The ‘Jane Austen’ shrub rose is almost as impressive, with a show of petals that fit together to create a full rosette formation.
A delightful soft apricot-yellow colour coats the blooming rose, with subtle streaks and speckles to the edges and a soft, but durable, texture.
Not just a delight for the eyes, ‘Jane Austen’ releases a beautiful strong fragrance with a subtle hint of lilac.

Supplied freshly in a 3L pot, ready to be planted out. Please note at certain times of the year this variety may be supplied in a 4L pot.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring.
