Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit card and payments are securely taken using the known and trusted SagePay gateway.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Our roses are described as accurately as possible and the images used on this website are representative of each rose. However, you must acknowledge that the description is general and so there may be variations of the characteristics and sizes of products as they are natural individual living plants. Please note that all plants are affected by seasonal variations. Shipping and Handling
A charge of £5.95 will be added to your order to cover postage and packaging.
We aim to deliver your order using a next day service but you can select a specific delivery date in the checkout section (restrictions apply). While every effort is made to deliver your order as per your requirements, all deliveries are subject to the availability and service levels of our third-party courier and we cannot therefore guarantee that delivery is made on the date required.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Guarantee of quality
We aim to supply roses of the highest quality. However, with living plants, problems occasionally arise. If any roses are damaged on receipt, or if they fail to grow in the first 6 months, we will replace them free of charge. We cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions or for circumstances beyond our control.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Harkness Roses voucher codes can only be used against purchase made from the World of Roses Limited Online website.
Discount voucher codes must be entered at the point of placing your order, in the special promotions box provided on the checkout page.
Only one voucher code can be used per order.
Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
