Rose 'Mokarosa' shows just how sophisticated a pink rose can be! The fully double flowers are touched with shades of latte, coffee-mocha and light chocolate-caramel, giving every bloom a warm, softly blended character that immediately draws the eye.
The petals form beautifully composed flowers with a distinct and modern colour palette. A lovely fragrance adds to this appeal, while cut stems make an elegant addition to a vase. Even after the blooms begin to fade, they retain a graceful beauty, so the display never feels abruptly finished.
This Floribunda forms a well-proportioned bush up to 80cm tall. It is easy to care for in a mixed rose border, among perennials or in a generous container. Plus, they are fully winter hardy.
Give 'Mokarosa' a sunny position and fertile, well-drained soil. Water well while it establishes, feed in spring and remove spent blooms to keep the plant looking smart. Prune in late winter or early spring to maintain a balanced framework and encourage strong new growth.
