The ‘Margarette Golding’ rose is a strong plant laden with mid-green glossy foliage that looks almost polished in the sunlight.
This potted rose is beautifully presented by an expert member of our nursery team, gift wrapped in a brown hessian bag that fits neatly around the pot before being finished with an elegant green satin bow. A ready-made gift from the moment it arrives! With the wrapping already done to a professional standard, you needn't lift a finger!
With a robust and radiant habit, the plants, even at their pre-flowering stage, are sure to turn heads, wherever planted.
Through late May and early June enjoy the emergence of plentiful delicately cupped, butter yellow flowers, with repeat performances later in the summer and autumn.
The colour of the blooms is a big attraction for bees, and access to exposed pollen as the stamens become fully revealed, means this rose will literally be buzzing with activity.
Blooms produce a delicate, spicy perfume which just adds to its long list of attributes.
A wonderfully versatile variety that would look right at home, whether planted in beds, borders, pots, or containers.
The 'Margarette Golding' Rose was developed to celebrate the centenary of Inner Wheel and its founding member Margarette Golding.
Inner Wheel is one of the largest women's voluntary service organisations in the world, with more than 9,000 members in Great Britain and Ireland, and more than 120,000 members across the globe.
For every rose sold, we are proud to donate £2.50 to the Inner Wheel (Registered Charity no. 1041468).
Supplied as a gift wrapped, established rose in a 4 litre pot, wrapped in brown hessian with a green bow, ready to plant or gift.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring.
Please, make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
