Grow your own big, eccentric flowers with 'Matthew's Rose' - rich raspberry red in colour!
This potted rose is beautifully presented by an expert member of our nursery team, gift wrapped in a brown hessian bag that fits neatly around the pot before being finished with an elegant green satin bow. A ready-made gift from the moment it arrives! With the wrapping already done to a professional standard, you needn't lift a finger!
Roses repeatedly flower through summer and into early autumn days, all the while releasing a delicate perfume. A best friend to bees and other pollinators, this is a beautiful dwarf variety which produces the typical red roses we all read about in our childhood stories.
Easy to care for and best in full sun. Like most roses, prune in late winter by cutting back hard to the bud, as fresh flowers are borne on new growth. Patio pots or busy mixed borders, ‘Matthew’s Rose' is sure to standout with summer to autumn flowers regardless of where it is grown.
Supplied as a gift wrapped, established rose in a 3 or 4 litre pot, wrapped in brown hessian with a green bow, ready to plant or gift. Please note, due to seasonal availability, your rose may be supplied in either a 3 litre or 4 litre pot, with a strong, established root system, ready to plant.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months. Do not worry though, as they will flourish once again with leaves and buds in the spring. Please, make sure you consider the season when purchasing our remarkable roses for yourself or loved ones.
If any hardy rose fails to grow, we will replace it free of charge, you just pay postage.
